Dyshidrotic Eczema anyone?

Hi! I am new to the group and I have a question for you all. I have

SLE and have developed dyshidrotic eczema which worsens to nearly

unbearable during flare-ups. Does anyone out there have this type of

eczema and how in the world can I get it under control? (it itches

like mad.) I have a problem with hives as well. They swell up so

badly I bruise under them...any ideas for that? Also, (I didn't

realize until now I had this many questions!) I seem to have minor

flare-ups every month just before and during my period...is that

common??? Thanks ahead of time for all your help!!!
