Hi all!

I'm pretty new to Atkins, and am on Day 3 of induction, and feeling terrific

and full of energy! Wondering if you might help me with portion control...3

" cups " of vegetables is what Atkins recommends on induction to stay under

the 20g limit of carbs. I was wondering if I order, say, a chicken caeser

salad at lunch (which is quite large), that would constitute a full days

serving at once?

I know that many vegetables are terrific, but I truly am trying to stay very

strict, as I'd like to lose some weight before a wedding in July! I'm sure

some of you can relate <g>
