I have free long distance 24/7 all over the united states. Also just a

word of caution i think i remember a post with sending you his

number. Well i talked to him a few times and then he started scarring

me, use your judgement of course.

But i feel the Holy Ghost in this that your surgery will be a success,

but it never hurts to have some encouragement Lord knows I need it from

time to time.

I'm so sorry you're sick. I'm sorry any of us have this aweful illness

i just found out yesturday there is a lady just 12 miles from me has

this illness, i'm gonna phone her today and even ask her if she would

like to join our group.

I understand the part of wanting your life back, cause i have said that

many times. I was diagnosed in 1990 with biopsy of lymph nodes in my

chest.

But symptom wise i think i have had it a lot longer.

There are days i just wanna quit, no more doc,meds,tests, etc. But i

have to keep trying to fight this thing and not let it win.

I had remission once I want it again.

Anytime you wanna talk just let me know i'm here for you.

I was just wondering if anyone has heard from Jan. It's unusual not to hear

Dear Jan,

We are about the same time out (I just had my year last week) and we are the

same height. My goal is 165 and I'm told that this is a very reasonable one

by my doctor. I still want to lose 70 more lbs., but I started at 386 so

even our losses are close. I've got quite a few people in my in-person

support group who have gotten to the goal they wanted and then kept losing,

and then there are those that never quite make it to their goal. Everyone

is individual and it's hard to answer that facet of your question. However,

if you find that you reach and pass your goal, and you keep losing, what

I've been told is that you decrease your protein intake somewhat and

increase your carb intake until you find the place where you actually

settle. Seems pretty easy to me, but I'll have to judge how easy it really

is once I hopefully get there. Great job on your weightloss, kiddo.

Thank you dear, I knew or at least thought i remembered mountain oysters being

hog testicles cause i was raised on a farm and really didn't like it too much at

times, but it just kept throwing me about the Rocky part so I thought i was

missing something.

This is rather sensitive but you did ask. Mountain oysters are hog

testicles. Two members of this group who's names I will not mention

Hi thanks for your kind words and prayers. I don't know if anyone can help me unless i can find someone i can live with.

I'm so pathetic 40 years old and can't live alone i'm sorry but the loneliness is a night mare. I never make any demands on anyone i always keep to myself unless invited God i'd do anything than to be sent back there alone. At least i have until the first of the year here with Corrina she promised me that.

God i'm shaking so bad. I wasn't asking her for a lifelong commitment of living with her i'm sure someday soon i would meet a guy and then i'd be ok to move on or if not that a suitable room mate.

I know i should have enough faith to let God work it out cause i know he can, but i'm scared of Janruary coming and having no one to be with me.

God i'm so sick right now and i'm sorry to be a baby and bother you guys but i need some kind of release.

Hi Jan,

Do you ever soak in a tub? Whenever I'm frightened of anything (or sad or agitated), I've found it's a good idea to throw a couple of handfuls of salt into a nice deep bath, light some candles and put on some music you Love. We like "Tribal Winds; Music from Native American Flutes", but you pick what you like. Soak as long as you like, and relax. Don't try to tell yourself what you SHOULD be feeling or saying or doing. Just Be. Holding a hefty chunk of Rose Quartz when you go to bed is also a great idea - very soothing, as it carries the same vibration as Love and isn't stingy about sharing it. If you can release enough to allow your mind to be still, you will be able to feel Spirit around you, Loving and comforting you.

Writing, just like you've done here, is a perfect way to process and release! Soaking in water aids release at the cellular level! Have you figured out WHY you are so afraid of being alone? The quickest and most efficient way to release old issues and emotions is to express them and accept what you're expressing with Love and compassion (as if you have two selves - the one doing and the one observing). Do you do any kind of art? Express what you feel in whatever way you need!

Let your adult Self comfort your child Self and, that way, your child Self can evolve. Anything held outside of Love can't evolve, so the answer is to Love and care for all parts of your Self, especially the ones you like least so that they can grow and become parts you can be proud of!

I have been on this particular path for 8 years, now, and when I began, I produced more tears day after day for more days than I imagined possible, but there came a time when I was calm and began to become stronger. I've learned that, when you teach your Self to allow emotions to FLOW rather than bottling them up, the unpleasant ones are amazingly fleeting!

I hope this is helpful in some way for you - I was inspired to tell you this, and usually that means it's beneficial for me to speak! My Heart goes out to you.

i came to my online family when i had nowhere else to turn. Jan, your online family is trying to help you. That is why so many of us have instructed you to get into your doctor.

i'm sorry if it caused undue worry to anyone it was not

my intent. Jan, you're screaming out for someone to rescue you from yourself. We all get to a place where we feel that we need someone to hold us thru this journey. the level of holding you are asking for is one that takes a professionally trained therapist to do.

i'm trying to take care of my health. Jan, for you to best honor yourself, and if you want to bring your faith into this-- to honor God, then you need to get to your MD and get a change of medication. You need to see a Therapist and work thru this self-worthlessness issue.

i do need an adjustment in medicine. WOW! IF YOU TAKE THE MAYBE OUT OF THIS-- YOU SAID YOURSELF-- YOU NEED THE ADJUSTMENT IN MEDICATION.

Jan, my speaking so directly may feel hurtful and insensitive. It would be more insensitive for all of us to continue to enable you to stay in the place you're at. You seriously need the help of professionals. You can make the choice as to whether or not you seek help.

Having Faith and trusting in that Faith, means taking responsibilty for where you're at. If there is a medication adjustment that can be made, then you need to make the appointment. If it's counselling that you need, then you seek counselling.

Prayer works when you put ACTION behind it.
