We have small wrapped or sacked gifts as prizes (for example, Christmas ornaments) for a holiday bingo game. But you can also do it by simply drawing numbers. The person opening the first gift keeps it (or is stuck with it). Person #2 opens a present, and can either keep it or steal #1's, by trading. The rule is that once a gift has changed owners twice, it has to stick. But there's no limit to the number of times you can have various things taken from you. Obviously the advantage goes to the person drawing a higher number, because there are more possible things to steal. Enjoy! It can get crazy. Some people are always better sports than others. I have a cousin who doesn't cope too well parting with things she has opened and likes.
