Guest guest
Hi , To answer your questions yes two similar EFA formulas would be the brand names of Efalex or EyeQ as reported here. Not to say there are not others too -just make sure it's a high quality oil since many brands are rancid (oxygen and fish oil don't mix well) ...or you could buy good quality fish oils and add to it a very small amount of borage seed or primrose oil to create the correct ratios. Not sure why the ProEFA is not on the Nordic website -but I know for a fact through the original and for awhile only parent source of ProEFA -Shop-In Service, it's not discontinued. As I've said before -NN really never wanted or were supposed to sell the professional line of the product to the public/parents, nor are they allowed to be sold in stores -the " Pro " line was only allowed to be sold to and distributed by health care professionals. As parents you are supposed to purchase the Complete Omega Ultimate Omega with borage oil (the more expensive commercial line which is also allowed to be carried in stores) This is what all of us were told way back then when we did the first feedback with it -long before the First Apraxia Conference. If you read the history of ProEFA and apraxia -it's due to the work of CHERAB that you can now find ProEFA online by various online merchants. http://www.cherab.org/information/historyEFA.html Resources for various EFA brands: http://www.cherab.org/information/dietaryeffects/efabasics.html http://www.speech-express.com/alternative-therapy/efa-sources.html =====
