Absolutely hilarious, I mean Awesome!!! I think you need

to have a jazzy, beaded Dude tee shirt made for the

party, or at least the flight. For the Sydney crowd, the

more pimped out the better (and I mean that in the most

respectful way)!!!!!

Do yourself a favor: the next time you're at B & R, find out

if they still have World Class Chocolate. My kids used to

want their birthday ice cream pies made with that. YYUUMMMMM!!!!

For the record, for those of us who live in Fort Worth,

the distinction is to be made crystal clear that we are NOT

from Dallas. It's a Ft. Worth thang, but not a minor detail.

Welcome to our group. I'm sorry for your diagnosis. Like

you, I was on Actimmune self-injections 3 times a week

for a year. I was pretty stable during that time, then I took

a pretty sharp turn for the worse. Since then I've been on

CellCept (an immunosuppressant) and 10 mg. Prednisone

daily. I don't know how much either of them has " worked " ,

but my disease is so progressed that I'm tempted to think

they've helped keep me alive. I'm currently listed for

transplant at UTSW and in July '08 I'll have had this monster

for probably 7 years, 4 since diagnosis. I wish you best of

luck with any and all meds. It's a guessing game and a

balancing act for all of us. Any other questions, I'm more

than happy to answer.

Years ago, when I was at UT Austin and played a lot of

guitar, once I went to the Dripping Springs Reunion, which

was a bluegrass festival. I was more of a folk music/rock

kind of girl, but we had a great time. Do they still have that?

blue outfit already. I've never been downunder but have always

wanted to visit, and (as you remember) I LOVE a party!!!!

Your eating problem sounds awful. I wish they could

come up with something that would give you more

relief. As you said, you can rest but you've got to eat.

So far my problem is moving, and talking has moved

way up the list. Walking and talking together - forget it.

I'm sweating it out at the moment - my friend took my

dog Misha to the vet this afternoon. She's vomited four

days in a row, and they're doing all kinds of tests on her

11-year-old self. They've aleady called once. She's

dehydrated and her liver enzymes are greatly elevated, so

they're keeping her for 2 nights on IV fluids and to finish

tests. I hate this. A lot.
