I woke up with an irritated throat yesterday and drank and drank all day to try and help it but it didn't work much. Today I feel worse and I've been on the run all day. My nose is just bubbling and tingling and it's driving me nuts my throat is sorta raw feeling and my ears hurt. I feel better if I eat or drink all the time but water isn't doing the trick and I can't eat all day. I did buy a couple of the atkins shakes to try, the ready made ones, hoping maybe something thicker and colder might help my throat. The GNC store I went to had them on sale regularly $2.79 on sale for $1.99. I got the vanilla and strawberry. I've had some carbs today and don't want to go over so I'm hoping to try them in the morning if I can survive that long. Send some healthy vibes my way please.
