I'm not holding my breath on a 15 lb. weight lose in one day! My "ideal" is 120! So I have 175 to lose. 4th day on induction menu: breakfast: 3 eggs and 4 slices of bacon lunch: cornbeef marinated in green chili and 1 cup of salad with ranch dressing (made with heavy cream instead of milk) A bit under the weather, so I'm not that hungry Drink: 108 oz water, (according to the "weight loss calculations" I should be at 120oz/day 2 diet cokes Challenges: getting out of bed! Feeling a bit blahs! But it wasn't bad, I usually binge like crazy when I'm sick and I hadn't thought about it until now, but I never needed the binge! HMMMM?!?
