Guest guest
I read Connie's post, and I got to thinking. Many of us either travel a lot or just need great ideas for quick, yummy foods that'll help keep us on track. After all, if you'd got the candy sitting on the table, but there's nothing lc that doesn't need cooking, then you might grab the candy instead. For me, there are almonds (pre-portioned so you don't go " nuts " ), pork rinds, bars (if they don't bother you), cheese, summer sausage, deviled eggs, and fresh veggies like cauliflower. I've also had in the past celery w/natural peanutbutter or cream cheese, wasa crackers w/natural peanutbutter or cream cheese w/Splenda & cinnamon, and hard boiled eggs. Sometimes they things can take a bit of preparation, but once you've gone through the trouble, you have all sorts of yummies to last you quite a while. And it doesn't even cost that much. What are some things that you guys do? 253.5/249.5/150 - 3/26/
