Hi!

You know, when someone tells me something like this, that all these people

are in serious situations, the thought comes to mind.

Why are they still doing it? (gg)

It's kinda like that old joke... Doctor, it hurts when I do this... oh,

StOP DOING THAT...

Personally, I'd ask for names or more details. Seems like ANYTHING has the

potential for harm, if overused or misused. Like inhaling 500 grams a day

of sugar and carbs is good for you... like carrying about 100 + pounds is

good for you... sometimes I think people react before they think it through

on a lot of things and many people are just plan repeaters of bad

information. The internet is ripe with that situation. You have to go at

all things in life with an open mind, investigate and decide if you feel

this is good for you.

I have and I'm comfortable with doing this WOL with reasonable limits and

levels on myself. A friend was worried that all this protein would be

hurting me. When I showed her that I was eating about what she ate, just

minus all the sugar and carbs... she quickly changed her tune!!! Now if I

were eating 4 steaks a day and 12 eggs and 15 chicken pieces and some oh 6

or 7 fish fillets etc etc, then yeah, it might be a problem.

But a couple piece of meat a day, in reasonable portions... that should be

fine and quite normal.

Good luck... I'd press for more information. The old, Wow, I find that hard

to beleive thing!
