Welcome Lori! We are here for you in which ever way you need us!

Now about my day....

Breakfast-- mock cream of wheat with nutmeg (I thought I had the cinnamon

lol)It was actually quite good.

Lunch/dinner-- Red Lobster; Walt's Favorite butterflied fried shrimp, steamed

veggies, fried calamari and salad with ranch dressing.

I DID NOT even get tempted by those biscuits!! :)

100 ounces of water, 16.9 ounces Diet Ice Botanical and 20 ounces green Tea.
