Guest guest
According to the doc, he said he could not detect any physical anomalies by US. To us, this is excellent news since the genetic counselor felt that if there would be any 'problems' as a result of the heavy usage of Vit A, it would show up physically and NOT by chromosomal damage. Now we sit and wait to find out if my age (38 in 4 days) has any effect on chromosomes. The soonest we may hear any news will be Friday Dec 21st, the latest by Wed Dec 26th. We're hoping we can find out X-Mas Eve, their office closes that day at 12 noon so guess who will be on the phone at 11:50?! LOL Thanks Donna for keeping positive thoughts on our baby... this definitely has been a difficult time for me to live with. My DH jokes to our friends that I am pathetically spoiled, and the truth is I am. This is one time I am not in control and possibly not get what I want. I'm basically at the mercy of nature to determine the fate of this pregnancy. One thing for sure I will be glad once the results are in even though it's not 100% guarantee. Since 4 weeks into this, I've basically allowed my companies to run on auto-pilot and primarily focus on me and my family. It will be nice to get back into the groove of my companies and a degree of normalcy. Not to mention my other yahoo groups! lol O edd 5-24-02 / amnio Did they give any indication as to the baby's health? I keep your baby in my thoughts daily. Hugs, Donna
