There are not too many of us out there. My mother liked the name and she got it from some one who named her daughter Rhea Nell. That girl's birth certificate came back Rheanell and she was called Rheanell from there. My mother got it from her and when I was born another girl was born at the same time and her mother named her after me. I don't know of any others. Luanne is a pretty name.
