new, kind of, to group

Some of you may remember me...I remember some of you if you are still here. My

name is Margaret (used to be ladyhawke). I had surgery in 12/98. I was loosing

weight like crazy and then, 4 months later, I stopped loosing as fast. OOPS. I

was pregnant. My son, Elijah, is now 17 months old and just as precious

and energetic as he can be. He is having a brother in September!! Yikes. And

I'll be 40 in August. My daughter is 11 1/2. Go figure. I was on fertility

pills for 7 years after I had my daughter and nothing ever happened then I lost

weight. I was about 50lbs short of my goal weight when I gave birth to Jake.

But I would rather have him than the extra 50lbs gone. I have lost a total of

120lbs due to surgery and have gained during this pregnancy. I am able to eat

alot more since I'm pregnant! I couldnt' eat that much more when I was pregnant

with Jake because I was so soon out of surgery so, is this normal that I can eat

alot more? Will I go back to post-surgery " normal " eating after I give birth to

Andy? I had gained 30lbs so far and I have 2 months to go!!! But, last visit

my nutritionist told me to lay off the soda and drink diet soda. That is the

only change I've made and this visit, this morning, I am down 6 1/2 lbs!! So,

it's only been 23 1/2lb gain. I'm really concerned that I won't be going back

to my eating habits. I tried to cut back and I don't eat alot of sweets but I

don't really sit down, during the day, and eat normally. Don't tell me to try

and sit down and have a meal because you don't know Jake!!! haha. He NEVER

STOPS GOING!! He's beautiful ... red hair and big blue eyes. I just adore him.

Well, I guess I'll end this. It's nice to be back. I've been without a

computer since about October! So, I'm glad to be back. Rita from NY, are you

still there? You were just barely pregnant last time we " chatted " . Kris,

Ministers wife, is this you..the list moderator?? How is Issac? Let me know!!
