Welcome back! We want details. I'm glad you had fun.

Tammy,

FYI, I've been on Advair for years. It's supposed to really

help. But it's not a " rescue " inhaler that you take when

you're having trouble breathing (like MaxAir, for example).

It works over time (systemically) to improve breathing by

lessening inflammation. I'm no expert, but I'd think you

either need to take it or not, not some of each.

Way to go on the No Smoking signs!! Whatever it takes,

you hang in there!!!!!!!

I started giving away some of the sweets in the house

today. ouch. I'm sure withdrawal is coming soon. But

Judy's recipe DOES sound good. Last night I went with

my son and half the county to eat Mexican food - sort

of a day-after-Christmas tradition here, just in case

you didn't get your fat or cholesterol fix the day before!
