Sue Ellen and everyone else,

I don't believe that we have pain due to PLS itself. It is just a

byproduct of changes we have to make in the way we move, sleep, sit and

stand. These minor changes don't bother us initially, but after time

passes, we notice it more and more because it is getting worse. Does

this make any sense? Mike

Yes, Mike, it does make sense, but it sure does hurt.

I just wish I could find something that would take it away. I recently joined

Weight Watchers, and hopefully that having less weight to carry around will

help. I also am beginning to " move " more, and am slowly starting to stretch and

exercise. I believe this will also make a positive difference. Time will tell.
