Guest guest
Hi all, I've reduced the ALA dose to 25mg (only ALA chelation!!). It became a little better, but the symptoms worsen at the OFF-phase again. At the ON-phase I feel much better. What's the " meaning " of this effect? Thanks Tom
Guest guest
My symptoms get worse too at off-phase. I started with ALA 25mg (3 rounds), last weekend I doubled the dose to ALA 50mg. I use ALA only too. The round ended at sunday and yesterday I started to feel bad again, insomnia, tachycardia, anxiety... I'm planning to keep a longer off-phase this time, so I can see if I get better. I'm wondering too why is this happening, I feel great at the on-phase too, so it's scary to have a period like this again. Tom, have you figured out what is helping you during the off-phase. Guest guest
Marie, Don't be in too much of a hurry to increase your dosage. It is much better to chelate longer or more frequently with a smaller dosage that does not cause severe side effects. Hammering you body with larger doses that cause lots of side effects is not as productive. TK > My symptoms get worse too at off-phase.
