Guest guest
, I started to write to you privately but decided to send my message to the list in case others would benefit. I'll try to brief but want to thank you again for all you've done for our children. Just received the book and have only perused it so far but it looks wonderful. My daughter is now 4 and has apraxia, thanks to this list and the resources you all pointed me too she has made progress and I am increasingly hopeful that she will continue to enjoy success once her formal school years begins. Kara is on ProEfa, has a wonderful therapist who does her sessions in our home and is Prompt-trained (from what you've written, her approach sounds a lot like 's) and she also receives 3x/week therapy through our school district. I have no doubt that had I relied on school therapy alone Kara would have made little progress, if any, since it group therapy and not tailored to Kara's needs--but thanks to you and everyone, I'm well on the road to getting Kara the help that she needs. My question is: at what age did you begin using Fast for Ward--did you wait until Tanner was in kindergarten or did you use it sooner for him? I am thinking that this might be the next step I take for Kara. Again, thanks.
