Thanks Nita. We'll count it as 10 because I'm sure you scale was probably

off just a hair. :-) You'll get there, just hang in there and stay with

this list, you can't go wrong.

Yes, that must have been it! The scale was wrong! LOL. Sounds good,

No thank goodness I was never that big. I have actually lost 134.25 but can

only contribute 13.25 to Atkins so far.

Hi Theresa,

Thanks for clearing that up. I was wondering if maybe that was the

amount lost over a lifetime. Still, 134lbs. is something to be proud of.

I'm pretty sure if you added up my lifetime weight loss, it would come close

(of course, some of those pounds I lost more than once....)

This is a great incentive! Unfortunately, I have lost 3 crummy pounds.

But, they are lost pounds. The battle continues. Next week. . .More!
