I have used: http://www.alldaychemist.com/ http://overseasrxdrugs.com/ I was satisfied with both of them. A poster in another newsgroup mentioned: http://www.planetdrugsdirect.com When I ordered from alldaychemist, they would not ship Cialis to the US, only generics for Viagra and Levitra. I don't know the reason but I would speculate that India has no drug patent agreement with the US but does with Australia, where I believe Cialis was patented. Prices depended on quantity ordered and on whether they were running a promotion. I got 20 mg generic Levitra tablets for a little over a dollar each in a special sale. Typical prices were about $2, but you'll find current prices on the website. It seemed to me to work just the same as the American brands - same side effects, same (small) positive effect on potency. Packaging was reasonably good and looked like it came from a drug factory, rather than someone's kitchen. Shipping is slow and expensive, so the best deal is to buy a sizeable order since I think the shipping price is about the same for 10 pills or 50 pills. I always bought the biggest doses I could get and then cut them with a pill cutter (you can get one in a drug store). 100 mg of Viagra gave me a headache and seemed to work about the same as 50 mg, but the cost of 100 mg is much less than double the cost of 50 mg pills, so I bought the 100's and cut them in half. If you want to use them daily, you may want to cut them in quarters or even more. Best of luck with the problem. ly, my wife and I have discovered that sex without penetration can be just as terrific as sex with it. Things change, but we've adapted. Life is still good. Guest guest
Alan, thank you for your quick and helpful response. I went to the sites you listed, and as you said, one doesn't ship to the US. The other two charge a lot more per pill than my copay, and that's before shipping costs. Here's the more complete situation. I used Muse, Tri-Mix injections and Viagra before. Muse caused erections but the burning it gave me wasn't very " romantic " . Viagra had no effect at all. The injections I don't like because I have very little " real estate " to inject properly. I was never pornstar-sized exactly, I lost a lot of length with the RARP, and there's a large surface vein; also it's where I can't see it well with or without my glasses. Besides, if I regularly inject such a small area, I could risk significant scarring. The Cialis response, while small, is real and encouraging. My insurance limits all such drugs to 6 per month. The copay is not horrible but there's no way around the rationing. I know if I could get more, it would work better. I wish that I could enjoy sex without erections. I could please my wife, but I am left with such a short shaft that without getting hard, there's no fun in it for me. If anyone wants to share some more pharmacies, ideas or anything else relevant, I welcome hearing from you. They also limit me to six per month, less than my urologist would like me to be taking, and really irritating to deal with just when I am beginning to see the tiniest (and I mean tiniest) signs that it is working for me. Guest guest
Henry, thanks for the suggestion. I have looked into vacuum devices and they are not " what the doctor ordered " in any sense of the term. They are not good for penile rehab because all they do is mechanically draw blood into the penis and don't have any effect on the physiology; the various drugs cause the arteries to fill the penis and then clamp themselves down to maintain an erection. The pump needs a ring to keep the blood in. Since Cialis is starting to have an effect switching from a physiologic method, a drug, to a simple mechanical method could simply wipe out any gains I am making. I could be kidding myself about the Cialis, though. I am more than two years out from the surgery, and if I were going to regain function on my own, the two to three year window is a very likely time for it to happen. In either case, I will stick with what seems to be working for me and not mess with success, however limited. - Dave " Forgive me for just jumping in, especially when most of the time I am more of a lurker here, but I have a question. Guest guest
Dave: I am in about the same place as you, but I am now 65 yo and it is 5 years after RP. The vacuum pump did give me a great erection- I'll bet it would work on a cadaver!! But putting the ring on left me with something that never would result in an orgasm. Erections are one thing, but orgasms are rarely discussed and are quite another. Don't give up after two years. My erections steadily improved for 4-5 years. Viagra et al never worked but trimix (bimix actually) worked pretty well for years 1-3. I have limited equipment as well but injecting a couple of times a week didn't bother me. Now I can get a usable erection without aids but it takes psychological stimulation as well as physical. Another issue rarely discussed is urinating while having sex. The bladder sphincter which you no longer have, controls urine during orgasm. The body automatically relaxes the other sphincter (to let semen pass) but it also lets urine by without the bladder sphincter to block it. Empty your bladder before sex. It helps to have an understanding partner.
Guest guest
, Thanks for the encouragement. I'm not knocking vacuum pumps but switching to one when the Cialis seems to be working seems like a step back. If I don't improve over time I'll think about it. I do have orgasms because I am able to masturbate, sort of. I don't leak when I do, and I am surprised how intense about half the orgasms are. Of course the other half is " That was an orgasm??? " I don't have to worry about psychological stimulation; I have lots of great memories, wild fantasies, free Internet porn, not to mention how crazy I am for my wife. Well, keep on trucking, and whatever rhymes with " trucking " . - Dave Dave: I am in about the same place as you, but I am now 65 yo and it is 5 years after RP. Guest guest
Alan and all, I have been purchasing generic Cialis made in India for $110/30 pills from Online Canadian Meds of Alberta, Canada. Unfortunately that vendor has been bought out by Global Drug Supply of St. , Barbados, whose prices are five times higher (no cheaper than US vendors). I clicked on the links you provided, but each one triggered a warning message from my browser's Web Of Trust plug-in ( http://www.mywot.com/ ) indicating that those vendors are unreliable. I wonder if any other members of this group can recommend a reliable overseas vendor of Indian generic pharmaceuticals? > > > Forgive me for just jumping in, > > especially when most of the time I am more of a lurker here, > > but I have a question. > > No forgiveness required.
