Guest guest
Hello All, I hope I can explain this correctly!! I have had minor swelling in my feet and minor pain behind my knees for a couple of years. Shortly after getting my power chair it got worse. I really thought this was more crap from PLS!! One day I noticed that when I proped my feet up so that behind my knees was just barely touching the seat of my chair the pain faded!! BINGO!! I had my husband raise my foot rest up so there was no pressure under my knee!! Also, when I'm on the computer I have a little stool I use. I turn my seat around and put my feet on that stool. This raises my legs! There is no pressure at the bend of my legs!! Swelling has almost completely ended and no more pain!! Sounds so simple, but it really worked for me! I also have a stool in the car I use for the same thing. The solution for me is to do this and also, NEVER, NERVER let my legs dangle. Try this!! It may help!!
