Guest guest
PLEASE DON'T give up your support group or this message board. I agree with you that it seems almost too easy for some of the people on this board to lose weight after surgery but you should be proud of yourself that you've lost 63 pounds. That's a great start. It sounds like now is the sink or swim time so if you can swim at least try treading the water. Call your doctor's office and tell them what your going through - ask for an appointment. It's worth the trouble to get yourself back on track. I'm sure your doctor has seen this many times before and should be able to help. You might want to ask about a different support group if your not happy with the one your going to but don't cut yourself off from other people. We all need each other when going through this. Keep us posted and hang in there!!! Bridget Northam > I haven't been around for awhile but, I need some advice and I know > this would be the best place to get it.
