Guest guest
Goodmorning All, At least all that are at home and those that still can receive emails. Just touching base. Interesting thing, for months I couldn't turn over in bed without holding to the spindles at the headboard, and then was tough to do. I noticed a few weeks ago I was turning with no problem!!! The only thing different I was taking was I had added Creatine about a month before Can't say that's what did it, but interesting. I was also taking Baclofen (30 mgs day), COq10 (800 per day) E (800). Had been off diazapam for a month, maybe that helped??? Taking Amitriptylin (Elavil) for laughing. That is also an anti-depressant, and is also prescribed for drooling as it surpresses saliva. I don't need it for that as my mouth stays like cotton from my cholestral pill. Elavil is big expense at $5 per 30. LOL Hope all have a good day. Arlene in Texas.
