Guest guest
Please find another lawyer. My DH's Uncle is a lawyer. He does some civil rights cases. He represented a high school boy who was stripped searched because I teacher thought he had something stuffed down his pants. (He seemed too big down there-I think you know what I mean) The school called the students mother. The mother told them to wait until she got there, they didn't. Abuse does not have be to physical, and emotional abuse is just as damaging. Call every lawyer in your phone book if you have too. I have never sued anyone, nor has anyone in my family. Many people go to court over silly things. However, you need someone who give you legal advise on a civil rights case. You may never end up in court, and I hope you don't but you do need someone who can fight for you and your son. Lawyers do sometime do this work for free it is good public relations. It can get their name out there for the additional business.
