Wow lisa, 104 lbs gone, way to go. How'd you do that without

exercise, LOL??? I think its wonderful that you are doing so well,

but be sure you get those vitamins in. It is so crucial to your

future health to take those vitamins and get the necessary protein

in. Do you get regular blood work ups so that your nutrient levels

can be tracked?

am not really good about drinking my protien or taking my vitimans either. I

the surgery themselves.

Hi

You really must get on top of the vitamin issue or else you may be setting

yourself up for plenty of health troubles for the future. Losing the weight is

fantastic but remember without your health nothing absolutely nothing else

matters. I hate taking pills too but I simply do what my dearly departed momma

used to do for me I crush them up put them on the spoon add a little juice or

water swallow it and chase it all down with tasty juice LOL try apple juice

with 50 percent water 50 percent juice to take your vitamins. I take what my

surgeon gave me after surgery Centrum Adult vitamins with Lycopene they are

totally crushable and easy to swallow afterward and it gives me the full range

of

vitamins my body needs. Sweetheart you had surgery to help save your life now

do what is needed for your body and do it everyday. You don't want to start

having neurological problems as a result of vitamin deficits like B-12 and

others. Before we could simply get most of these vitamins from our foods and

our

bodies could utilize it as needed now our bodies can only use but so much so

we must supplement.

Good Luck

I hear Dr. Dyas is a very good surgeon. I used Dr. Weinstein and had my

surgery at Mobile Infirmary back in March. I have lost 81 lbs so far. Did you

get my email telling you that I also live in Irvington? If you have any

questions that I can help you with feel free to ask away.

I live in Emerald Valley just off the Irvington-Bayou LA Batre Hwy. So if you

could fly straight across the woods you would be at my house. I guess you

saw that I am a Bosarge. This is really weird.
