Zig, did you see the link to join the LS group? It's

Also wanted to mention that LS is often misdiagnosed as LP (lichen planus) and vice versa and with LP yes that 'does' go into the vagina (LS usually not) and there is a often a yellowish sticky discharge with LP and LP can cause scarring and adhesions of the vaginal canal as well as the smaller labial lips. And they both can look similiar on the vulva. They use steroid suppositories (like those for the anus) but inserted into the vagina if it's LP as well as external on the vulva.
