Guest guest
Found some more coupon codes. These are for and Noble (www.barnesandnoble.com). B & N lists 9 different Blank Taebo tapes, but for some reason if you search for Taebo it comes up with a bunch of movies, so search for Blanks. (Here's a link to the tapes: http://video.barnesandnoble.com/search/results.asp?userid=1B2K6ZHIUE & quickSearchType=TTL & quickSearchText=billy+blanks & FRM=0 ) (cut and paste it if its too long) List of active coupons$10 off $40 (New Customers Only)• AMEXFEB (exp 4/30)• ATTNICE (exp 4/30)• BNNEWYR (exp 4/30)• FLEETBN (exp 4/30)• VISAREW (exp 6/30)• BNVISAX (exp 7/31)• BNSHARP (exp ????)• BARNES1 (exp ????)• C10SPR1 (exp ????) RE: Tae bo Not sure if it's still good, but I came across this at www.dealofday.com: Save $10 off $50 Purchase at Amazon.comFinally, a coupon for Amazon.com that is good in ALL departments! Save $10 off of your purchase of $50 or more with coupon code MDMCAMZNALLL. Maybe find something else to drop in your shopping cart to take advantage of this coupon code. I have a question about Taebo. It seems to be the craze right now -- what makes it so great? Exercise is foreign territory to me so I'm a bit ignorant here. Is it for cardio purposes? For building muscles? For increasing flexibility? For looking cool in front of your family or in a dark alley? Another Lori

Guest guest
Not only will you figure out which stores do/not have restrooms, you'll memorize which ones are DECENT and which ones are PUTRID! hahahaha For me, Nordstroms has the best dept store bathroom! hahahahahahah If you're in the mall... find the highest priced " anchor store " , never the discount store. Just my experience ;-) -Marlena >From: switty36@... >Reply-To: Atkins_Support_List >To: Atkins_Support_List >Subject: Re: Tae bo >Date: Wed, 25 Apr 2001 14:11:31 EDT > > > ><< > Okay okay!!!!!! Guest guest
Is there a time of day that is best to exercise? I know before bed isn't good. Carol
Guest guest
They say it keeps some people awake. That they have a hard time winding down. Carol I was thinking maybe before a meal was best because you get your metabolism going.
Guest guest
I've always heard that exercise before bed was not good because it was actually a stimulus (raises your heart rate) and could cause difficulty falling asleep. I've also heard that morning exercise got the heart rate up and got your metabolism going. Dunno if it's true or not. -Marlena > >Reply-To: Atkins_Support_List >To: <Atkins_Support_List > >Subject: Re: Tae bo >Date: Wed, 25 Apr 2001 17:55:49 -0700 > >I dunno, I usually try to work out in the morning, but since my schedule >does not allow, afternoons seem to be working good so far this week for me > I used to take my walks half hour before bed when pregnant and I would >sleep like a baby... why dont they want you to exercise at night? > >Thanks, > > RE: Tae bo > > > > > Is there a time of day that is best to exercise? Guest guest
I'm doing Tae Bo and love it. For someone who hated exercise I've fallen in love with Tae Bo. Bill (Body for Life author) says in his book that the best time to exercise is first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Which is what I do. I do Tae Bo three days and three days of weight lifting. Of course anytime you can exercise is good. And at 50 yrs and 239 lbs..I wouldn't call myself as someone in shape...well I do have too much of a shape I guess that's why I'm exercising...lol Irene --- Carol wrote: > > > > > They say it keeps some people awake.
