Guest guest
Hello everyone, Although slower than I would have liked, our quilt project is moving forward. With Sara's work in getting the picture of the first Ugandan child treated by the Ponseti method (thank you Sara) we now have 22 children represented. I apologize for the delay. The day after we returned home from Iowa we found out that an unexpected move for our family suddenly was reality. We've been boxing up and cleaning out our house with a moving date of three days after Christmas, all while trying to create an environment of normal living for our children. As a result, I couldn't start on it as planned. My personal goal was to have it done by Christmas before we moved, but now that doesn't appear it can be accomplished. I also have a friend helping me on this, and she is swamped with her own Christmas projects. Well, I need to go soon to look for more fabric. We're making it in bright primary colors. Once again, I'm sorry for the delay. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for understanding everyone--Allyson Egbert P.S.
