Guest guest
02.cents on 02 questions..... I also used the portable gas tanks. They are all in my garage and when I come home I exchange my used tanks for new tanks (m6). I'm always carrying 4-5 tanks with me at all times. I just put a large etank in my car because I don't want to be caught without oxygen in case of snow/cold or ice. I do use liquid at the office. It's so much quieter than having a concentrator here. Apria has allowed me the two systems which is nice. I do have a concentrator at home. Peggy's advice is excellent about having extra o-rings, tools, cannulas, etc. on hand. The first time my o-ring went wasn't very pleasant and I had no idea that could happen. Best of luck, . I know this is a PITA, but it really does free you up to move about the country!! Leannedenise randel wrote: Hi Peggy, Thanks for the info. I will be buying the little cosmetics bag. What a great idea! I do have the little cart and this week they brought a few of the smaller tanks and a shoulder bag. When I bring extra tanks in the car can I leave them for a few days or do I need to remove them each time? Sarcoid/PF 3/2006 California Re: Re: Question re: Oz. Joy, look on the same line as the 80 you used. the two is there. I found it much easier to use this 50 foot and 25 foot hose than hurt my shoulder and back. Give it a really good try. You don't ahve to worry about it. setp on it,stand on it, close the door on it. wear it in the shower... It's all fine. the hose has spacers inside so you'll always get O2. God Bless you. Love and Prayers, Peggy ipf 6/04 Florida "Worry looks around, Sorry looks back, Faith looks up." First off where are you getting the small 2 and large O???? I only have a small z to use. Okay, When the Oz stats go to low 80's - would you necessarily be SOB? I've learned that I am in 80's, sometimes SOB, and other times I had no idea my Oz was so low. Last night, since I wasn't sleeping anyway...I took my Oz level many times. And was surprised that some of the times I am in the 80's while resting in bed...not for long tho - it usually heads back for the 90's. But, I was very surprised. My guy that brings my Oz from S.O.S. is going to loan me a gadget that measures your oxygen level all night. This back pack is heavy this morning!!!! Putting my arms to sleep, almost.
