My question is Does all your stink like crazy????? I opened the bottle and it about knocked me over. Not to sound sick but my 6 month old's dirty diapers smell better. ;o) I managed to recover from the smell and take 1 but it seemed to be sorta stuck in my throat and I could taste it when I burped. I can swallow the pills but I bought the tea once and it was REALLY bad, had to throw it out. I like the kava (or kava kava) root myself. I tincture my own fresh roots in vodka, it's a little strong... but 1t to 1 T of the tincture really helps, and I never noticed that the taste lingers with the tincture... I do burp Kava capsules for awhile after, that is very unpleasent! it's less offensive fresh, and you can find it growing wild EVERYWHERE, it about 5 feet tall and grows at the edges of woods and paths, a white flower, like Yarrow a bit, with a pinkish tinge, and the flowers stinks a bit...find a good book, or ask someone who knows native plants well?
