Must be close to TOM...altho nowadays I never know...pre-menopause. Anyway I've been staying away from Atkins Bars but today I had to get something sweet. I remembered from before (last time I was on this WOE) someone said they would take a couple of bars and cut them up into 10 pieces then put them in the freezer. That way when you need a little something sweet you can go to the freezer and eat one or two squares. That's what I did tonight.
