Guest guest
Keba, You are bold!!! I think I would have been in tears had that happened to me. I have never heard of blood pressure meds so you won't crave pain meds. Was your mom there when this happened? I have called my doctor's office when the nurses were refusing to give me pain meds he told me he had ordered...but never to tell him off! Do you have another GI you can work with? So is your diagnosis Crohn's disease now? My dad had that since he was 11--all they did for treatment for it back then (1940)was operate and take out intestine. I have heard that treatment has improved since then. I hope so. Guest guest
When I was rushed to the ER the doctor took some x-rays and he thought I had chron's because it was just a big lump. I think being on pain pills for so long has got me all stopped up. They did a colonoscpy while I was in the hospital and that really didn't show that much. My symptoms are chronic pain (about the same pain as the pancreatitis) and I can't have bowel movements for weeks on end. I am taking peridum and dulcolace right now...that isn't helping. They gave me some stuff called golytely that helped some. Hope that helps some....if you need me email me...hope everyone has a pain free day.. > so I now have Chron's disease > Hi Keba, glad to hear you're doing better and have a great doctor.
