Lunch 2 cups lettuce with cheese and leftover chicken on it

Snack Jello with whipped cream (making Jello as soon as I get off here)

Dinner Ribeye steak on my GF grill with green beans

LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER!!!!!! We can do this and I will cheer you on and do

what ever I can to keep you pumped!!!! Okay?

I'm with you!!! Lets do it....we can do it...we WILL do it! My DH came

home today with a little pick me up gift...he bought me a Blanks TaeBo

video, starts out with some inspiration and goes into a basic work out...so

i'm pumped...i'm not a real fan of the E (excercise) word, but i'm getting

psyched! Perhaps its the nice weather that is giving me a better 'outlook'

....spose to get up to 80 tomorrow...WooooHOOO!!! So , yes, YES, i'm

with you!!!

My plan for tomorrow goes like this....

B-a pork chop fried in butter and a carb solutions shake

L-will be on the run...gotta run a few errands

D-will be something prepared on the grill...perhaps some burgers and some

steamed aspargus

Lets do it....Induction here we come!!!!!!!

Thanks for your words of encouragement!!! Tomorrow is a new start!!! My

hair is doing its 'spring' fling ( i have natural curl and when it starts to

get a tad humid with a bit of heat outside....my hair does its own

thing!)...and i'm ready to do a spring fling myself...i'm ready to see my

weight spiral in a downward motion!!!! wooooHOOOOO!!!!!

Induction begins tomorrow...and i'm feeling better about myself! ( i was

leary to post that i was starting yet AGAIN, as it seems i've started over a

zillion times....but i'm glad i did...i'm psyched!!!)

Okay , its a plan!!!! COOL!!!! I honestly can't picture me tae-bo'in,

but i'll do what i can and work up to a full-fledge work out....any excercise

is better than what i'm getting now!!! : )

Sherry,If you get hungry out running around, I have found my best pick is to go to burgerking and get a double cheeseburger no ketchup..... I throw the buns out for the birdies and am VERY full for 99c!!!! Take a BIG bottle of water with you and a cheese stick or something in case, so you dont get stuck away with nothing legal! I am going to go get the Tae bo workout tapes tomorrow! I have been kicking around the idea and always put off spending if it is for "me" but this time I am going to go get them!! MY early birthday present to myself this year!! woo hoo!!! we will be tae bo'n and induction'n together then! We have a plan for day one! Thanks!! This is FUN To have a partner to do this with!!
