Thanks Dawn. Somebody, think it was one of the guys, posted an addy for

this tea he's been ordering that was recommended to him by a friend,

which has markedly reduced bg readings. I just can't find the addy

anymore and wanted to check it out.

Thanks - I do green tea and nettle (for inflammation). I did get

the other site I was referring to, but it's Not Found, or at least it

was yesterday, so I saved a bunch of money.

Green tea is also good as a mild appetite suppressant. I drink it sometimes

when I'm having a really rough day of wanting to over eat.
