Guest guest
Thanks Dawn. Somebody, think it was one of the guys, posted an addy for this tea he's been ordering that was recommended to him by a friend, which has markedly reduced bg readings. I just can't find the addy anymore and wanted to check it out. Carol D D wrote: > Hi Carol, > > I don't know about any specific tea,

Guest guest
Thanks - I do green tea and nettle (for inflammation). I did get the other site I was referring to, but it's Not Found, or at least it was yesterday, so I saved a bunch of money. Guest guest
Green tea is also good as a mild appetite suppressant. I drink it sometimes when I'm having a really rough day of wanting to over eat. :-) Re: Re: BG Tea Green Tea...hmhmhm..l sure will try that....hugzz Rita
