I too will be willing to do whatever is necessary to get the survey going. I am

concerned that there be included, along with the very specific questions, a

section where we can just talk about general events leading up to our illnesses.

For example, I was taking large doses of ANTI-HISTAMINES before I became ill.

Then recently I read an article that stated that RP is associated with the

overproduction

of HISTAMINES. I bet others have similar types of info to relate.

By the way, I still can't find those articles again. I'm not crazy- well, a

little lately-

but I know I saw two articles on the Internet. One was titled something like

" Enzyme Potentiated Desensitization-Long-term Remission for Relapsing

Polychondritis " The other was discussing the role of histamines in RP.

PLEASE< PLEASE< PLEASE someone out there in " RP land " , help me find those

articles again. All I remember is that I was using Netscape Navigator at work

I saw the articles, then I had to get the students back to class. I closed down

the computer- I didn't know you could " bookmark " articles at the time. Anyway,

HEELP!

,

I will get to all that stuff.... like you were asking about possible

causes of the RP.... I believe an in-depth history of events leading to

developing RP is vital. So those questions will be definately part of the

whole!!!!! If you have any other ideas send them my way! I have a couple of

pages of questions and I'll add to the list!
