Guest guest
Thanks Debbie, I am going to have the same surgery that Shirley is having if all goes well with my insurance. I was terminated from my job because I used up my 6 month medical leave and now I am waiting for the conversion to Cobra to take effect. I got a big shock today when my refills on my meds could not be done cause I stopped having coverage on 9-30-00. I sent my Cobra payment in 1 month before it was due and they still have not converted it yet. I am calling them in am to raise some heck and see why I am not covered yet. I hope and pray this does not mess me up with the surgery in Minnesota. Has anyone have experience with Cobra?....... > In a message dated 10/10/00 9:42:35 PM Central Daylight Time, melfire@m... > writes: > > << I have missed everyone and have kept up on all your posts! Guest guest
Hi melanie, I've had that same experience. What I did each month is call about a week to 10 days to make sure they post the payment. I found they were not posting so the payment would not drop in to the system. Good luck !! debbie g. Guest guest
, Lupus can cause pancreatitis either because of vasculitis or because of inflamation in the stomach. According to my rheumie, if a problem is discovered in your bile duct, it's not likely that pancreatitis is connected to lupus. I really don't know if that's true - that's just what he told me. try doing a search on lupus and pancreatitis (together). I had found some good info, but didn't bookmark the sites. Guest guest
I've been out of the loop for a while, but I wonder if anyone has info on a connection between LUPUS and pancreatitis. Also i have severe TMJ problems. Guest guest
Thanks Liz, I have good and bad days just like all the rest! I am dealing with Cobra insurance now, I was terminated from my job for using all of my 6 month medical leave and now I am waiting for unemployment and have also filed with an attorney for SSI. It will take time but worth it if it pans out. > Dear , > Happy to see you back!! We have been growing by leaps and bounds > lately.
