Guest guest Posted November 18, 2004 Report Share Posted November 18, 2004 Well I usually make a marinated broccoli dish that my family loves. Steam the broccoli till done but not soft. Drain & add lots of minced garlic & shallot, Salt & pepper to taste & sprinkle with 2 parts good wine vinegar (I like Balsamic for this) to one part good virgin olive oil. Put in a covered container & let sit in the fridge overnight shaking the container occasionally.
