I posted this before but it was under a different subject so I will

ask again....Today at the health food store they gave me a free

bottle of Flax Seed Oil.

What use does this stuff have?

Flax seed oil should never be heated. It can be consumed cold or room

temperature, but do not cook with it. It should be stored in the

refrigerator or it will go rancid.

Lucky you.

One thing, you can marinate with red wine for steak and beef roast.

I just posted on another message.

I just dont understand why I would use it. Does it have some sort of

benefit?

, Flax seed oil is very good for you. It has the omega oils in

it that is so good for us. Good for your heart, cholesterol ect.
