I am 51 years old, married to the world's most wonderful man for 32 years. We have two grown sons who are both married to wonderful girls and we have 3 grandchildren. We also are parents of a 9 month old West Highland White Terrier who is a complete delight. I have been ill off and on all my life... diagnosed with SLE and Fibromyalgia in 1997 (or there abouts). I worked as a nurse until my poor health forced me to retire in 1994. I am on SS Disability - boo hiss - but had no choice since I am totally unable to work. We paid into Social Security so I suppose we have earned the right to use it! You will find this group to be totally nonjudgmental, great listeners, full of information and support. Be sure to read all the information has for us...it really helped me. Just jump in and tell us what you are thinking, how you feel, what the dog did - whatever is important to you is important to us!
