I've read parts of the " ZONE " diet. It's a 40% protein, 30% carb, and 30%

fat diet. You have to do some math to figure out how many " blocks of food "

you can have, like fats, you determine based on some factors like your

weight. It's written by a guy named Dr. barry sears... His book describes

what Atkins says, about carbos causing insulin to rise, causing us to be

fat.

So 2 points for Sears, b/c they agree. LOL.. but I found Atkins to be

easier... heck with that diet, do Atkins, it's better :))) HEHEH
