Regarding the surveys and histories...I think this is a wonderful idea, but

I think it will only be really helpful if we are all answering the same

questions (I know this from my experience in marketing -- the open-ended

questions were the most difficult to compile and make any sense out of). I

have a suggestion...let's start with Roy's survey. Let's let everyone look

at it and add as many possibly relevant questions they can think of, like

the things that have come up in the past (what is your blood type? did you

ever have significant exposure to chemicals? did/do you have well water or

public water? did you ever have uveitis? fibromyalgia? vasculitis? rib pain?

nose collapse? eyelid shrinkage? allergies?, etc.) In other words, I think

it would be easier to ask about specific symptoms, medications and

background information instead of simply asking for a synopsis.

Maybe once we've decided on the questions, we could all be sent a copy of

the survey. Since there are so many people willing to help to compile it,

each person could take a section (i.e. Mike could do medications, Sue could

do symptoms, etc.). What do you think?

Love you guys!

Shanin

Good, I think I have it somewhere, but if you have it right there that will

save me some searching. If you could please forward it to whoever was

interested in working on the survey.

Roy,

I have Clive's survey if you can't find it. Don't ask me how or why, but I

do.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I have a modified version of the original Survey. Clive wrote it for us

last

year. It would be a good place to start. I have to find it now. I

remember,,, it is with Shanin's survey reply. I said that in jest, but it

might be!

I will look for it and try to send it out.
