Search the archives. We all recently had this discussion during the month

of August, September or October. There were quiet a few of us that

underwent various sorts of fertility treatments but there were just as many

that did not. Several of our children had jaundice as well when born and we

had a thread of discussions about jaundice too. KIM

Hi Tracey

My son who has apraxia/hypotonia/DSI/ADHD was NOT an invitro baby....however a

dear friend of mine's youngest was an IVF baby, and he's had significant

language delay, with hypotonia. He's catching up, but still not where he should

be.

Speech delays?

Hi,

I'm not sure if this question is off the wall but I've been beginning to

wonder lately if the fact my children were conceive via IVF (Invitro

Fertilization) could have any relationship to their speech delays??? All three

of my kids

have some form of delay or disorder in their speech (Dysfluent & Apraxia). I

also know two other children that were conceive via IVF that also have similar

problems. I'm just wondering if any of the people on this list had help in

similar ways to conceive their children???
