There have been many questions about yeast

infections and vulvodynia lately. I answered Dee a few weeks ago when we

discussed this situation. We posted a web site:

http://home1.gte.net/ycs/

or Yeast Consulting Services, where a researcher named Marjorie Crandall writes about her

microbiology approach to vulvodynia and her theory that vulvodynia is caused by

embedded yeast in the vulval skin.

I have to encourage everyone who is

struggling with vulvodynia to PLEASE order her packet (about $20.00) and take

it to a doctor who will help you follow her plan.

If your vulvodynia/VVS began with yeast

(according to Nyjersky, over 66% of us began this way,) you really need to read

her paper. If her premise sounds logical to you (to me, it is the MOST

logical exposition I have about etiology of this horrendous disorder), then

theoretically, we could all be healed in 3-6 months.

I personally would LOVE to have a group of

women who are trying this all together, to see if we really could become well

again.

I have discussed this several times

(please check the recent archives for my posts on the subject) – so please,

if you are suffering, suicidal, miserable, with endless treatment failures, (as

I have been many times) - please don’t give up until you explore

this option.

I personally believe that there IS a cause

of this, and I am ever hopeful that there is a CURE.

Let me know if you are going to check her

out, or if I am wasting my time!

Warmly,

Anne in TX
