Thanks for your intelligent, open-minded approach to the list. I get really ticked off by the CDEs who write to Diabetes Health magazine and tell the publisher he should publish only low-fat recipes or things like that. So a more open-minded approach is a breath of fresh air. BTW, if anyone is offended by any particular person's posts, it's very easy to set up your e-mail program so posts by particular authors go directly into the trash.
