Your meter is your best friend here. Test before eating then test one

and two hours afterwards. We're all different...that's why we always

say YMMV.

BTW, I've lately been using a teaspoon of Brown Sugar Twin in the hot

flax cereal and it's quite yummy and changes the taste totally.
