Guest guest
Acid Alkaline Balance and ALA I found that my body is reacting bad to acidity. I tested my urine and saliva with pH test papers and they were both acid about 6.0. I tried using sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) to lower my pH but it creates pain in my stomach like a rebound effect. Is there any gentle product (not too expensive) to help alkalize the body? I don't tolerate calcium or magnesium very well so this is a little tricky. What can I use? (If you think diet than direct me to a good web site cause I already know the basics). I'm saying it here because ALA (Alpha Lipoic ACID) is really hard on my stomach and small intestine so I would like to buffer this acidity especially during a chelation round. I tried > using sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) to lower my pH but it creates > pain in my stomach like a rebound effect. TK--- Just a thought but this may also be because of low stomach acid which is a common problem for a lot of people. Is there any gentle product > (not too expensive) to help alkalize the body? TK--- Lemon juice with meals is one, and you are correct there are other dietary measures you can use. I do not have a link on-hand but there is lots of information on increasing this through diet on the net. I don't tolerate > calcium > or magnesium very well so this is a little tricky.
