I know exactly how you feel. I posted last week about gaining 3 and couldn't

figure out why and I do not eat too many carbs either. Don't worry, just keep

on going, you can beat this!!!

Celia,

My doctor told me that eating even a small amount of carbs can cause

fluid retention in a person who is prone to it to begin with. I've gone from

4 diuretics/day to just one on Atkins, but find I gain several pounds every

time I cheat. And it's all fluid.

Sorry you're having a crabbie day and it's only 8:30 AM est. Hey, I've been

losing and gaining the same four pounds for a week! I've stuck to legal

food, only. Drank the tasteless, I can't seem to get enough of, water. And

lookee here, I'm right back where I started from. Well, you and I will

keep on plugging. Don't let last night make your grrrrr today!

Celia you might be retaining water that is why the weight gain. and

the bread might have had been made with sugar enought to thru you off

are you still in ketosis if you are dont worry about it it is prob

water gain. Sue See I got your name right this time I am awake and

hidden carbs or sugar somewhere. not enough to eat did it to me. sue
