Hi Kim..........Please please don't dispair!!!.Everyone on this list has, I'm

sure, been where you are in your feelings right now....No question is ever

posted wrong, and we never scold............Always post when your feeling low

or have any questions or thoughts....even if you just need to vent .....

Someone will always be here for you. I see by your post time, that your

letter was written about 3 a.m......My heart goes out to you and the first

step to feeling better will be to get those dam carbs and sugars out of your

body...Start now by just drinking lots of water and we'll all help you along

day by day, hour by hour if needed....Judi

Hi Kim...reguarding supplements..I take alot, some people don't think they're

necessary but I do..When I take them in the morning they set my mind frame

for the day.....If for whatever reason I don't take them (which is extremly

rare) I find myself not doing well..I don't know if it's the supplements

themselves working or just phsycologicly(?) working but whatever it is, it

works.......If your interested I'll post and let you know what I take and for

why.....It's all a personal thing.....Theres another women Judith who is very

knowledgeable but is on a 2 or 3 week mototcycle trip across the

country....Whew!...She'll be back soon, and maybe you can ask her about

supplements....I just know from what I read in the Atkins book and a health

magazine I get and the Dr. AtkinsVita-Nutient Solution book...Opps gotta get

to work judi

Kim,

I am sorry you gain 5 pounds back, I did too and all I did was cheat at a

wedding, rehearsal dinner and reception!! I went back on induction too and

lost 4 of the 5 that I lost in the first week. I have several recipe sites

that can help with snacks and meals. I will send them at the end of this

e-mail. I was on a crappy list like that too. It ticked me off so I left and

found this one thanks to someone on the other list who mentioned it. There is

also a cookbook on onelist.com you can download. It has like 500 recipes in

it. Some one on the list can tell you how to download it. I forget how I did

it. Stick with it!! You can do it!!!!!

Hi Kim,

Thanks for stepping up and being counted as a LoCarbing weight loss

person. There is no question that is dumb and no comment that you will ever

be scolded for on this list. Since you've been reading e-mails for a while

you should know this to be true. We are truly glad you are here and if there

is anything we can do to help you just say the word. We are all friends

Kimm I am very glad to hear this list is helping you and at any time

you feel someone is ignoreing a question you post or is being anny of

those things you described on my list please let me knoe and i will

investigate it. You can always msg me prvt at my e mail address So

please never feel fear to post if you dont ask youll never know.

WELCOME KIM!

I just wanted to tell you that you're not alone in the 'battle of the

bulge!'. I know exactly what you're going through with the depression

and all.... BEEN THERE! There were times I would decline to go out with

my friends cause I just felt plain fat and ugly! It was also hard for

me to do some of the things my friends were doing. I couldnt ride a

bike if my life depended on it! My friends always went to the local

climbing gym (where they have the fake walls you're suppose to have FUN

climbing!) Well I couldnt get me butt up there!!!!! NOT FUN TO ME!

Anyway- even having lost only 13 lbs I really FEEL the difference. I

have another 35 to go and I really think I can do it. I got in a slump

for a while and just didnt stick with it like I should of, but joining

this list has really helped! I read all me emails in the a.m. and that

gets me motivated for the day and helps to remind me to stick with it.

Then I'm lucky enough to have it at work so throughout the day I read

the incoming messages and it keeps me going. The other BIG HELP was

purchasing the Ketosis sticks!!! They finally turned darker last night

do I could really see the difference. Now I dont want to cheat cause I

dont want the sticks to quit changing!!!! So Kim... keep reading and

let us know how youre doing and we'll keep trying to motivate!
