Guest guest
Bruce...thanks. I really feel good about OHSU. I received care there for years and then insurance wouldn't pay...they were out of network. Well, actually they still are. A $20 copay instead of $5 in network, but it's worth it to me now. At least the former $250 deductible was dropped for '08. Sleeping: I'm sure the Cymbalta and the Oxycontin contribute but I've been on similar meds previously and had sleep problems. I know sleeping with a CPAP helps ever so much. Apparently I no longer stop breathing through the night and that would certainly help sleep patterns. Guest guest
Oh yes I remember it well. Love it he was so funny. I did learn to tread water. Guest guest
Joy...thanks for your reply. Yes the day is shorter, but what the hell! I appreciate I CAN sleep late. I tell my husband about the days when I was up at 6, kids, full day of a job out and after 5 another job in the house. Never in bed until midnight. I can hardly imagine myself that active now. My energy level, ambition, sociability and even conversation are at such a low point. Yeah, I can "talk" here, my fingers fly across the keyboard but I'm not vocal. I guess I've become reclusive to say the least. It's OK though, I don't mind it. It's my "choice"... Hope you are ready for Christmas and can nap. Bless your heart for being at a job. Working is something I admire in you younger ones with this disease! I don't know how you do it. Hugs. Sher; ipf 3-06; OR.Don't fret about tomorrow, God is already there!
