Thought this was interesting. I just saw this in an article. It is the lab workup for diagnosing vasculitis.

Table 3. Laboratory work up for the diagnosis of vasculitis and for determining systemic involvement

CBC and urinalysis

ANCA, antinuclear antibodies, complement, cryoglobulins, anti- streptolysin O, rheumatoid factor

Hemoccult test for occult blood

Antibodies to hepatitis B and C

X-rays, computerized topography, and MRI

Skin biopsy for histology, culture, and immunofluorescence

Renal function test (BUN/Cr)

Liver function test
